Three new quinoline alkaloids, melisemine, confusadine, and melicarpinone, together with twelve known compounds have been isolated from the leaves of Melicope semecarpifolia. The structures of these three compounds were determined through spectral analyses. Confusadine was demonstrated to be an antiplatelet aggregation constituent.
