Hierarchical clustering extended with visual complements of environmental data set

Hierarchical clustering techniques complemented with visual display of data sets allow direct interpretation of the clustering results in terms of original variables. The proposed method of data ordering and display is simple, informative and fulfils fundamental objectives of the data visualisation techniques.
