The gist of this paper is to propose a new method for aggregating individual fuzzy opinions into an optimal group consensus. By optimality, we mean the sum of weighted dissimilarity among aggregated consensus and individual opinions is minimized. We propose an iterative procedure for approximating the optimal consensus of expert opinions. Finally, the importance of each expert is taken into consideration in the process of aggregation.
