By combining two experimental techniques, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and the co-planar electrodes-gap configuration, we monitored the electronic conductivity in nanoporous TiO2 in aqueous solution (pH 2) as a function of the electrode potential. As a result of electron accumulation the conductivity varies over more than eight orders of magnitude up to a maximum sigma = 3.7 x 10(-3) Omega(-1) cm(-1).
