The scaling hypothesis is the foundation of our understanding of the Anderson transition. We present a direct numerical demonstration of the scaling of the conductance distribution of a disordered system in the critical regime. This complements a previous demonstration of the scaling of certain averages of the conductance distribution [K. Slevin , Phys. Rev. Lett. 86, 3594 (2001)].
