A detailed nuclear magnetic resonance analysis of the low-temperature dynamics of hydrogen (H-2 , D-2 , and HD) trapped in a solid matrix of C-60 is presented. Experimental evidence for hindered rotational and localized three-dimensional translational motion for hydrogen within the 'box' formed by the C-60 molecules is given.
