Copper catalysts based on new peptidyl phosphane ligands have been developed for enantioselective conjugate additions of dialkylzinc reagents to cyclic enones. Enantioselectivities greater than 97% ee have been observed. (C) 2003 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
