Rational synthetic strategy.: From layered structure to MnO2 nanotubes

In this manuscript, a rational synthetic strategy from layer structure to nanotubes has been developed in the synthesis of delta-MnO2 single crystal nanotubes by employing layered alpha-NaMnO2 as precursors through a controlled hydrothermal intercalation process.
