We mainly discuss entire solutions with finite order of the following Fermat type differential-difference equations (f) n + f(z + c)(m) = 1; f' (z)(n) + f(z + c)(m) = 1; f' (z)(n) + [f(z + c) - f(z)](m) = 1, where m, n are positive integers.
