We demonstrate two-threshold random laser emission in the mixtures of GaAs powder with Al2O3 powder. The dilution of GaAs powder with Al2O3 powder helps to maximize the output efficiency of the stimulated emission. Typical emission spectra of {GaAs}(x) : {Al2O3}(1-x) random lasers. Pumping energy: 1-0.024 mJ.2-0.030 mJ, 3-0.043 mJ, and 4-0.085 mJ. The diameter of the pumped spot similar to0.8 mm.
