Primary lung involvement in Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM) is rare. The present case had lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, secreting monoclonal IgM, localized to the lung. WM is also of great interest with regard to the pathogenesis of amyloidosis. The nodular, parenchymal amyloid lesions of the lung are presented with CXR observations of more than 20 years.
