A novel class of amorphous molecular materials, thiophene- and selenophene-containing tris(oligoarylenyl)amines, were developed. They were found to exhibit high hole drift mobilities greater than 10(-2) cm(2)V(-1)s(-1) at an electric field of 1.0 x 10(5) Vcm(-1) at 293 K in their amorphous glassy states. These values are of the highest level among those reported for organic disordered systems.
