Oxygen diffusion in layered cuprates La1.63Sr0.37CuO3.81 and LaSrCuO3.5 was simulated by molecular dynarnics (MD) procedure. Two types of oxygen ions in the crystal lattice are characterized by different mobility at elevated temperatures (750-1000 K). Mechanistic features of oxygen transport are discussed.
