The series of the half-Heusler compounds CoTi1-xNbx/2Tax/2Sb1-xSnx have been prepared and their high temperature electric properties and thermal properties have been measured. The thermoelectric power (TEP) and electrical resistivity show a strong dependence on the concentration of the substituents. The temperature and concentration dependences of the thermoelectric properties of CoTi1-xNbx/2Tax/2Sb1-xSnx have also been studied. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
