A simple modification of the TROSY pulse transfer scheme, suggested by Yang and Kay, is proposed which results in the suppression of unwanted anti-TROSY lines without any extra loss in sensitivity. The higher sensitivity of this TROSY transfer scheme therefore becomes available for 2D [N-15, H-1] TROSY correlation and 3D/4D N-15 separated NOESY type experiments where complete suppression of the broad anti-TROSY lines is essential.
