New low-molecular weight gelators based on L-valine and L-isoleucine with various terminal groups

New low-molecular weight gelators based on (L)-valine and (L)-isoleucine, which have various terminal groups such as ester, carboxyl, and carboxylate, function as a good organogelator that form an organogel in many organic solvents.
