The mechanical properties of G200CrMoNi4-6-3 cast steel used for mill rolls were characterized in this work. The influence of cooling rate (during heat treatment) and hypereutectoid cementite morphology on G200CrMoNi4-6-3 cast steel fracture toughness was determined. The fracture toughness was measured by K-IC test as well as by impact strength and static bend test. Gulajev's method was used for the impact strength results interpretation.
