Calculation of the shock Hugoniot of deuterium at pressures above 1 Mbar by the path-integral Monte Carlo method

The shock Hugoniot of deuterium at pressures above 1 Mbar is calculated by the path-integral Monte Carlo method without introducing additional physical assumptions and approximations.
