The influence of the dynamic Jahn-Teller effect on the ground state of low-spin clusters such as V-15 is considered in dependence on the strength of the vibronic interactions of its spin and nuclei subsystems. Possible peculiarities of the absorption lines shapes in the optical and vibration spectra of the molecular cluster connected with the effect of vibronic interactions are discussed.
