We report C-13 NMR spectra of a quasi-one-dimensional quarter-filled organic material (TMTTF)(2)AsF6, Which undergoes charge ordering (T-CO = 102 K) and spin-Peierls phase transitions (T,,p = 14 K). We found that the doubly split NMR lines originating from charge ordering again merge into one line at T-SP. This shows redistribution of charge densities Or suppression Of charge ordering across the spin-Peierls transition.
