Highly ordered arrays of parallel CoS2 nanowires with a diameter of about 50 nm and a length up to about 50 mu m were synthesized by two electrical fields in an anodized aluminum oxide film. In this letter, fabrication, structure, magnetic properties of highly ordered magnetic cobalt disulfide nanowires arrays were studied. Also, a growth mechanism has been speculated.
