relativistic distorted-wave impulse-approximation model is applied to quasi-elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering. Results for the charged- and neutral-current neutrino (antineutrino) reactions on C-12 are presented. The sensitivity to final state interactions and to the strange quark content of the nucleon form factors is discussed. In particular, the ratios between the neutrino and anfineutrino cross sections, between proton and neutron emission, and between neutral current and charge current reactions are considered in view of the possible determination of the strange content of the nucleon.
