Tumor Associated Carbohydrate Antigens (TACAs) constitute powerftil tools as tumor markers and as targets for anticancer immunotherapy. In this review, methods of production of glycopeptide-based vaccines, as well as results of preclinical and clinical studies in cancer patients are discussed.
