B-site ordering in multiferroic Bi2NiMnO6 thin film was confirmed by synchrotron X-ray diffraction. (1/2 1/2 1/2) superstructure reflection of the film clearly indicated that the Ni and Mn ions in a double-perovskite structure were ordered in a rock-salt configuration. High-flux synchrotron radiation enabled us to detect a weak diffraction of the superstructure.
