Using the Hirota bilinear method, an N-soliton solution of a (3 + I)-dimensional nonlinear evolution equation is obtained with the aid of the perturbation technique. Based on the constructed Wronskian determinant of solutions for a system of four linear differential equations, the Wronskian form of N-soliton solution for the (3 +])-dimensional nonlinear evolution equation is given.
