In this article the complex interaction constant of an infinite planar dipole array is presented. The imaginary part call be expressed in a closed from and the real part can be formulated in a rapidly convergencing manner using the Poisson summation and the Fourier transformation. At a certain frequencies a resonator can be realized loading the dipole inclusions. Inductive, series resonance, and parallel resonance electric circuit loads are considered.
