Research Progress in Cytokinins Analysis

Trace analysis of cytokinins is of great importance for illustrating the signal transduction and regulation mechanism of cytokinins in plants. In this article, analytical methods including immunoassay, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and electroanalytical technique for cytokinins detection are all reviewed. Related sample pretreatment methods are introduced. The future development trend in cytokinins analysis is also discussed.
