Ultrasmall porous anatase mesocrystals show good electrochemical performance and good capabilities for enzyme immobilization and photocatalytic degradation of contaminants. These materials are potential candidates for energy storage devices, photocatalysis, enzyme immobilization, and, when properly functionalized, could be used for photoelectrochemistry and healthcare applications.
