A narrow bandgap, strong donor-acceptor polymer semiconductor is presented. This transistor paint material exhibits hole mobilities as high as 0.41 cm(2)/Vs. Importantly, the semiconductor yields high reproducible mobility values of 0.28 cm(2)/Vs +/- 0.019 for a range of channel lengths when measured from several transistors on different days.
