In this issue of Chem, Eddaoudi and coworkers use reticular chemistry to make a chromium metal-organic framework with a record water uptake capacity of 1.95 g/g at 70% relative humidity. Cr-soc-MOF-1 can potentially be used as an indoor humidity controller because of its excellent water sorption properties.
