These results include trials of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, cognitive behavior therapy, behavior therapy, abbreviated progressive muscle relaxation, and light therapy. Case examples are included to illustrate the clinical features and response patterns of those who present for treatment of night eating syndrome.
