In this study, we report the synthesis of a metal free truxene-based conjugated microporous polymer (Tx-CMP) and demonstrate its heterogeneous photocatalytic applications under direct sunlight. We employed Tx-CMP for the oxidative homocoupling of amines. This model reaction describes an effective way to harvest natural sunlight effectively for organic transformations. High conversion and selectivity of Tx-CMP have been demonstrated with recyclability of at least five times without any decrease in its catalytic activity under direct sunlight.
