The methods for determining 25 combined pesticides (neonicotinoids, imidazole derivatives, urea derivatives, sim-triazines, triazoles, carbamates, organophosphorous compounds, pirethroids) in water, vegetables, and fruits in the concentration range of 0.005-10 mg/L (mg/kg) have been developed by the HPLC method with diode matrix detection at 220 nm. The determination of pesticides in water was carried out with-out the preparation or concentration of the sample. In the analysis of vegetables and fruits (pestcides extraction and extract purification), the preparation of the sample was performed by the QuEChERS method. The duration of analysis is 0.5-1.0 h, and the relative standard deviation of analysis results does not stand out above 0.05.
