Epidemiology of the adverse effects of allergenic immunotherapy

Allergenic immunotherapy has long been used in respiratory allergy in its sublingual and sub-cutaneous forms. Oral allergenic immunotherapy has been used more recently in treating food allergies. Via a narrative literature review, we propose to assess the incidence of any adverse events as well as associated risk factors. (C) 2018 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
