Climatic data for 1881-1980 and 2005-2014 obtained from the main meteorological stations in the Republic of Bashkortostan have been analyzed. It was shown that an increase in average monthly and annual air temperatures occurred in the Republic; in addition, warming is mostly expressed in the summerautumn period. The amount of average annual precipitation declined, and the ratio changed as follows: the percentage of precipitation was higher in the winter-spring period of the year than in the summer. Climate change contributes to the overall reduction in the intensity of water -erosion processes and the enhancement of deflation on unprotected bare lands in the southern forest steppe area and in the mountain forest belt.
