Video streaming becomes one of the increasing and emerging processes in recent application in computing world. You tube, Face book and etc, are most famous social websites and cloud computing applications are working based on the video streaming. Quality in terms of streaming time is the issue to be considered and solved to satisfy internet customers. In order to obtain this the existing HCCP approach is modified by allocating the optimal station including a controlled constant bit rate streaming. This approach is called as modified controlled channel access scheduling (MCCAS) method. The scheduling process is applied on the key frames over the controlled packet size is generated within a stipulated interval of time. This entire functionality of MCCAS can be applied in video surveillance applications to increase the quality of videos. This MCCAS method is simulated and tested on simulation software as MATLAB and the outcomes are verified. The obtained results show that the proposed MCCAS method obtained fast and quality video streaming than the existing approaches. Also the proposed approach obtained 36.66% of throughput higher than the existing approach and 16 times less time for video transmission in the cloud.
