Various phases of titanium ferrite nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized using successive liquid assisted-pulsed laser ablation (LA-PLA) of titanium and iron rods in double distilled water. Variation in time of ablation for titanium and iron rods were used for possible variation in the combination of titanium and iron ratios in as-synthesized ferrite materials and on their optical, structural and magnetic properties. X-ray diffraction, UV-VIS absorption, and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopic techniques were used for the optical, compositional and structural measurements, while Vibration sample magnetometer (VSM) was employed for magnetic measurements.
