At current study, several layers were laminated by spray-up method by using the same materials as bath tub products fabrication. The bending properties of laminated plate together with the separated acrylic resin, glass reinforced unsaturated polyester layer (GFRP) layers were investigated by 3 point bending test. And acoustic emission (AE) was measured simultaneously. It is found that GFRP contribute to the high bending modulus and the laminated bonding property is high based on the short beam bending test. Similarly, AE result shows the fracture or delamination were generated with the glass fiber fracture simultaneously which support the conclusion that the laminated fracture did not generated early than other fractures. Finally, the calculation were carried out in order to use recycled jute woven fabric reinforced unsaturated polyester layer (JFRP) instead of GFRP. The bending property of the laminated plate with JFRP was tested as compared with the one consisting GFRP.
