The novelty of this work is to propose some shapes of graphene heat spreaders achieving minimum temperature for an optimized simulated shape. The simulation was observed by COMSOL software with varying the spreader flakes shapes. This paper is demonstrated with the inclusion of several hot spots at three locations for analyzing the overall temperature distribution. An optimized shape has been achieved by changing shape's architecture to make more efficient thermal management system. This proposed shape has less temperature than the reference shape of the other researchers. The temperature distribution of all the shapes has also been correlated and discussed with the size of those shapes.
