Hydrates form a potential source of energy which can be used in the coming decades. Hydrates of natural gas make up the interesting features of saving energy. Storage of natural gas, methane in hydrates is particularly advantageous in terms of storage capacity, but also as the aspect of security of gas storage. The gas stored in this case, it is possible at lower temperatures and pressures as compared to other storage technologies. To one cubic meter of hydrate can store approximately 150-170 cubic meters of natural gas according to the thermobaric conditions and the composition of the gas. Article deals with the conditions of hydrates formation and design experimental facility. (C) 2017 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
