The non-control of the exact parameters such as thickness, doping, wavelengths, bandwidth, temperature and density of holes of the absorber can induces the degradation of the characteristics of the solar cell ZnO/CdS/CIGS. This scientific work presents the exact parameters to obtain a maximum energetic efficiency. A numerical study starting from software SCAPS of the variation of the electric parameters enables us to lead to the relevant results hereafter: Tension in open circuit (V-oc) 0.7338 V; Density of current (J(sc)) 37.449431 mA/cm(2); Factor of form (FF) 82.26%; Photovoltaic output of conversion (eta) 22.62%.
