Cloud computing is a computer technology that provides hardware and software services remotely from data center over the internet. Some benefit can be gained whilst implementing cloud computing. Along with the number of Internet usage in Indonesia, the cloud computing market has potential to grow. However, a cloud computing service provider in Indonesia shows a declining number of sales. Thus, this study conducted to explore the factors that influence customer decision in adopting cloud computing using TOE framework The total 179 respondents involved in this study by filling out five Likert questionnaires. The respondents were the costumer form a cloud computing service provider in Indonesia. The data processed with PLS-SEM. The result shows that relative advantage, complexity, top management support, alignment of adoption plans with business plans and competitive pressure are the factors that influence the adoption of cloud computing.
