With the large-scale development of wind power, the voltage fluctuation of the buses of the wind farm is more significant due to the randomness of wind power output. Therefore, it is necessary to use the reactive equipment on the wind farm side to suppress the voltage fluctuation. In this paper, a reactive power voltage control strategy based on adaptive discrete binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. The wind power bus voltage fluctuation and the minimum reactive power input are the control targets. The power flow equation, voltage safety and control variables are constraint. According to the predicted data of wind power, the comprehensive control instruction within the prediction period is calculated. The simulation analysis of the regional power grid with wind farms is carried out to verify the practicability of the model.
