The Prussian blue analogue (PBA) NiHCF was assembled by carrying out a simple chemical precipitation. Nanocubes of different sizes were prepared by adjusting the concentration during the synthesis process, and a new type of non-enzymatic glucose sensor was constructed. The sensor displayed a good linear response to glucose in the range of 0.5 mu M to 2165.5 mu M, a detection limit of 0.8621 mu M, and a lack of interference by uric acid, ascorbic acid, and other coexisting substances. It provides a new platform for the application of three-dimensional PBA nanomaterial electrodes in medical fields and biological sciences.
