Catalytic carboboration of dienylboronate for stereoselective synthesis of (E)-γ′,δ-bisboryl-anti-homoallylic alcohols

A Cu-catalyzed stereoselective synthesis of (E)-gamma ',delta-bisboryl-anti-homoallylic alcohols was developed. The products contain an alkyl and a vinyl boronate group that can be directly used in a variety of subsequent transformations.
