In this paper, we investigate the dynamics evolution of three-level atoms in two cavities coupled to a non-Markovian environment. By adjusting the system parameters, we find that the noise has almost no influence on population transfer between atomic states. The strong noise will be helpful in achieving quantum state control, even when the coupling between cavities is equal to zero. Furthermore, we may drive the system into the desired steady state within a short time in the noisy environment.
