We discuss the conditions under which Majorana zero modes can be implemented in the coexistence phase of chiral superconductivity and 120 degrees-type noncollinear spin structure on the triangular lattice. It is shown that the gapless elementary excitations exist on the finite region in the parameter space consisting of the effective exchange field, the chemical potential, and the superconducting order parameter. The range of parameters supporting Majorana edge states with exactly zero excitation energy has also been found.
