Nanoferrites of general formula Ni0.5Zn0.5AlxFe2xO4 (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0) synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion technique can be characterized by dielectric behaviour and AC conductivity studies with the help of LCR impedance meter. This paper gives an insight on variations in dielectric constant, dielectric loss with reference to frequency, temperature and Al3+ ion substitution and also the determination of DC resistivity, activation energy and Curie temperature by two probe experimental set-up.
