In this paper, P&O and IC MPPT controllers have been proposed and investigated using the Matlab Stateflow models. The proposed MPPT controllers have been tested and validated using Matlab/Simulink models under different scenario tests including irradiation change, temperature change and step size change. Results and analysis show that the proposed stateflow models produce the correct output power regarding all considered scenarios tests.
