The analyzed mint macerate exhibits high total phenolic content amoung which three major phenolic compounds were identified: gallic acid, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid. The antioxidant activity of Mentha alcoholic extractive solution was evaluated using DPPH Radical Scavenging test.
